Is Pro available now?
Free local authoring is available today. Pro is in private early access and is not open for paid subscriptions yet. Its planned price is $19/month or $190/year; join the early-access list — a confirmation email now, and one more when paid access opens. Nothing else.
Can I share evidence links with people who don't have an account?
Yes. Anyone with a valid link can view without an account or paid seat. Free links expire after 30 days and accept attributable feedback from one reviewer; that reviewer limit does not restrict basic viewing. Pro links can use a flexible expiry or remain permanent and accept unlimited reviewers. Free links also include up to 40 MB of evidence per link.
What does white-label sharing remove?
New shares created by active QA Pro and paid QA Team subscriptions remove TestDossier navigation, attribution, trial links, and identity from the public report, its access/error states, printable cover, browser metadata, and social preview. QA Pro uses the account brand; QA Team uses one workspace-controlled identity for every member. Links remain on the secure testdossier.com/s/… address.
How will team pricing work?
QA Team is $49/month or $490/year, covering your first three creators — a team of two pays the same $49. Additional creators are $15/month or $150/year each. Example: three QA creators plus unlimited developers, clients, and approvers costs $49/month.
What does verified sign-off mean?
Email verification confirms control of the reviewer’s inbox. It is an attributable QA decision record, not verification of legal identity or a regulated electronic signature. Signers also receive a stamped PDF copy of the report by email as their record.
